FIFTH! We went the beach! GUESS WHAT? NO BEACH CHAIRS or TOWELS!!!! I asked the towel guy if we could use the pool towels he said no and slammed the window. GROSS!!! I didn't let our kids swim in it. YOU MUST BUY FROM THE OVER PRICED BAR! THE POOL WAS SO GLOOMY AND YELLOWISH THAT YOU COULDN/T SEE THE AVI LOGO ON THE BOTTOM. CRYSTAL sent two morons who said 'Ya thats a leak but is the air coming out cold' REALLY? FOURTH, The pool is like prison. The alleged supervisor CRYSTAL basically said sorry suckers you gotta pay if you want to stay! SECOND, they only gave us ONE key card!!! OMG! THIRD, when we went into our room the A/C was leaking.
When we arrived they charged us $10 more for each kid. FIRST, When I called to book our room for 2 adults & 2 children we received a rate of $59. My cousin booked this years vacation and chose AVI because of the misleading Photographs on the website. I have been going to Laughlin every summer for over 20 years.
